All materials, data, and content provided through the services operated by IGAW (collectively, the "IGAW Works") are protected under applicable copyright law. Unless otherwise expressly indicated, all copyrights in and to the IGAW Works are owned by IGAW.
IGAW strictly prohibits any acts that constitute copyright infringement, including, without limitation, the unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, or use of the IGAW Works. Violations may result in civil and/or criminal liability under applicable law.
Use of IGAW Works
IGAW Works may be used only to the extent permitted under applicable copyright laws. When using IGAW Works, users must comply with the following guidelines.
1.Where IGAW Works have been publicly disclosed, limited quotation may be permitted for purposes such as news reporting, commentary, education, or research, provided that such quotation is made within a reasonable scope and in accordance with fair practices. The permissibility of such quotation depends on factors including the purpose of the quotation, the nature of the work, the amount and substantiality of the quoted portion, the manner in which the quoted work is incorporated, the perspective of reasonable readers, and whether the quotation substitutes for demand for the original work.
2.When using IGAW Works, the source must be clearly attributed so that it is evident that the material originates from IGAW.

3.Periodic or ad hoc reports relating to IGAW's services are distributed for informational purposes only and are not intended for media publication. Except where IGAW directly provides data upon request from a media organization, users must not use any expression that suggests that such data was directly provided by IGAW.
4.IGAW Works must not be used in any manner that defames or disparages any person or entity.
5.The following activities are prohibited in connection with the use of IGAW Works. Such activities may constitute a breach of the Company's service terms applicable to its Services and, depending on the circumstances, may also amount to copyright infringement or violations of applicable laws. Any such conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and/or criminal liability:
Using, reproducing, modifying, forging, altering, processing, or otherwise manipulating IGAW Works in violation of applicable laws or the service terms applicable to the Company's services;
Copying, storing, downloading, or systematically collecting IGAW Works, including through automated means such as scraping or data harvesting;
Selling, reselling, distributing, sublicensing, or otherwise making IGAW Works available to any third party;
Using IGAW Works to develop, provide, or operate services that are similar to, or compete with, the services provided by the Company, or using IGAW Works as data or content for such services;
Using IGAW Works for training artificial intelligence systems, building datasets, automated analysis, or similar purposes without authorization;
Circumventing or disabling any technological protection measures or access controls applied to IGAW Works; or
Failing to provide proper attribution to IGAW Works, or removing or altering copyright notices, author attributions, or other proprietary notices associated with the works.
In addition to the foregoing, any use of IGAW Works that infringes the rights of the Company or the rights holders, or that is inconsistent with the applicable service terms or the permitted manner of use established by the Company, is strictly prohibited.
AI-Generated Content
Certain services operated by IGAW utilize generative artificial intelligence (AI) technologies to generate content or provide functionalities that enable users to generate content. As the nature of the service may affect the ownership and permitted use of such generated content, users should carefully review the following provisions.
1.AI Content Generated or Produced by the Company (e.g., FIXTYPE)
Content such as virtual models, images, videos, and other materials created or provided by IGAW using generative AI technologies (such as FIXTYPE) constitutes content produced and managed by IGAW. Accordingly, copyrights and related intellectual property rights in such content shall belong to IGAW or the lawful rights holder in accordance with applicable laws.
2.AI Content Generated by Users (e.g., FIXFOLIO)
For services such as FIXFOLIO, which enable users to generate content using generative AI technologies, the existence and ownership of copyright or other intellectual property rights in the resulting content may be determined on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable laws, including the Copyright Act.
IGAW does not guarantee ownership of, or protection for, any rights in content generated by users. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use, publication, distribution, or commercial exploitation of such content does not infringe upon the rights of any third party, including copyrights, portrait rights, publicity rights, and trademark rights.
Data Disclaimer
Certain data and metrics provided through IGAW's services are analytical data and estimates derived from proprietary analytical methodologies, estimation algorithms, and machine learning techniques.
Such information is generated based on various data sources and analytical criteria and may differ from actual values. Accordingly, IGAW makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of such information. Therefore, such information should be used for reference purposes only.
In particular, the information, data, and content provided through data analytics services such as MobileIndex and Marketing Cloud may include estimated results derived from IGAW's analytical technologies based on aggregated analyses of Usage Data (user activity data) and App Market Data (estimated revenue data) relating to the domestic mobile app market.
Even where indicators share the same name, differences in analytical standards or data definitions may result in variations in values or interpretations.
IGAW shall not be liable for any damages arising from the characteristics of such data or differences in analytical criteria. IGAW shall also bear no responsibility or obligation to intervene in any disputes or damages arising from a user's use of, or reliance upon, the data or information contained in the IGAW Works.
Data Standards and Metrics
The data and metrics provided through IGAW services (including MobileIndex, Marketing Cloud, and TV index) constitute analytical information derived from specific standards and calculation methodologies.
When quoting or using IGAW Works, users must clearly indicate the scope of the data provided, the meaning of the relevant metrics, and the applicable calculation standards.
In particular, even where indicators share the same name, their definitions and calculation methods may vary depending on the service or analytical criteria. Accordingly, when using such data, users must carefully verify the meaning and standards of the relevant metrics before use.
MobileIndex & Marketing Cloud
Coverage: Android OS, iOS or Android OS+iOS
New Installations: The number of app installations excluding re-installations by the same user
Total Installations: The number of mobile devices on which the app is installed at a given point in time
Active Users (DAU/WAU/MAU): The number of unique users on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis
Usage Rate: Number of users / Total Installations
Average Daily Usage Time per User: Total usage time during the relevant period / Number of active users
TV index
Reach: The number of unique viewers who watched a specific channel or program at least once during the analysis period
Total Viewing Time: The aggregate time spent watching a specific channel or program
Average Viewing Time per Reach: Total viewing time / Reach
Reach (%): The percentage of the target audience who watched a specific channel or program at least once during the analysis period
AMR (Average Minute Rating): The average number of viewers watching a specific channel or program per minute
Rating (%): The percentage of the total audience watching a specific channel or program at a given minute
Share (%): The proportion of viewing attributed to a specific channel relative to total viewing across all channels
If metrics are used without clearly specifying the relevant data standards or calculation methodologies, the data may be misinterpreted or misunderstood. Accordingly, when quoting or using IGAW Works, users must clearly indicate the definitions and standards of the relevant metrics.
